Organizers of Figure Skating Events are often faced with the need of having to create Identification Cards defining what function a person fulfills and what areas the person may access.

Our accreditation service is a full service offer. We supply all the necessary equipment as well as a accreditation supervisor to service the equipment and to instruct your accreditation personnel in the usage of the equipment.
 

1. We will provide the following:

• 4 PCs with electronic cameras
• 4 printers
• laminating and hole punching equipment as well as clips and strings
• printouts of all persons entered in the system including their function and access information
• printouts of all the persons accredited
• direct interface to our Event Management Support System

 
 2. The Organizer is responsible for:

• Tables, chairs and Power in the rooms where the registration is to take place.
• Accreditation personnel
• ISDN lines, if multiple locations are to be used and a direct linkage is wanted.
• mobile phone for the accreditation supervisor
• transport, food and accommodation for the accreditation supervisor
• preprinted ID card paper
